Grace is a Registered Massage Therapist who is an active member of the College of Massage Therapist in BC as well as a Medical Aesthetician and Kegelmed practitioner on the EMSELLA kegel chair.
As RMT, She is proficient in deep tissue massage, trigger point release, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), joint mobilization, active release, passive release, performing special stretching including Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. She focuses on treating the following musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal injury (strain, sprain, whiplash, contracture) Overuse injury (tendinitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder) Joint Dysfunction (TMJ, degenerative disc disease) Postural dysfunction
As Medical Aesthetician, She loves her job as a Medical Aesthetician and hopes to let her clients know more about Korean Beauty treatment since it is not well known in Aldergrove. She strives to be a local pioneer of modern Korean skin care throughout these services.
She has been working with her husband Dr. Fred Meinzer at the Evolution Wellness Centre in Aldergrove. Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and Medical Aesthetics (MA) can be booked as a combination treatment. First book your massage and then book your aesthetics treatment in the following time slot. ( there will be a small gap between the two services in the booking which is normal ). When booking as a combination your aesthetics fee will be 30% off as a thank-you for booking 2 sequential treatments!
